一种使用旋转编码器的水位遥测装置的设计与实现

水位遥测系统由水位传感器、无线通信、数据处理等部分组成,具有水位数据采集、报送和处理功能。本设计由增量式旋转编码器、浮球-转轮-平衡块组成测量机构,将水位变化,经浮球的上下位移转换为输出脉冲,经双向脉冲计数电路、单片机采集和GSM无线通信模块,实现本地显示及无线传输、超水位报警功能。设计采用ISC3806旋转编码器、GSM模块、太阳能电池组供电,适合于野外环境使用。     

任务驱动型教材编写的研究与探索

培养职业能力的职业教育,需要按教学规律,将相同、相近的各项专业技能知识进行总结、归纳,构成不同的教学模块,并依此来组织教材,实施教学。作者结合广州港技工学校《物流机械设施与设备》任务型教材编写的实际,教材编写中体现"任务驱动,行动引导",实施PIPA教学。并提出任务型教材编写的必要性及编写基本思路流程。     

The impact of subjectivity in performance evaluation practices on public sector managers’ motivation

We conduct an explorative study to investigate the effect of subjectivity in performance evaluation practices on managerial motivation in public sector organisations. Increased subjectivity can enhance motivation if supervisors are able to provide better informational feedback. However, subjectivity is likely to reduce motivation if it reduces perceived mission clarity or negatively affects relations between supervisors and subordinates. Our analysis is based on a survey among 94 public sector managers in the Netherlands. We predict and find that subjectivity in performance evaluation practices reduces perceived mission clarity, which in turn decreases motivation. We also find that subjectivity negatively affects subordinate managers’ trust in their supervisor, which also reduces motivation. Jointly, these results indicate that the negative effects of subjectivity in performance evaluation practices outweigh its potential positive consequences, suggesting that New Public Management's focus on more objective performance measures can indeed be beneficial. By itself, however, this does not automatically imply that more objective systems in general are optimal in all public sector organisations as such systems may have dysfunctional side effects such as distortion of performance measures, gaming or manipulation. In addition, we find that the effects of subjectivity are moderated by organisational characteristics.

Characterizing the mission statements of benefit corporations: Empirical evidence from Italy

In 2015, Italy introduced a new legal form—“benefit corporation” (società benefit)—that provides legal status to companies that have one or more common benefit objectives in addition to the profit-seeking goal. Italian benefit corporations are obligated by law to operate in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent way and to include the interests of different stakeholders in their corporate strategy. This study examines the Italian case by applying textual statistical analysis on benefit corporations' public mission statements using the IRaMuTeQ software. Performing hierarchical cluster analysis and correspondence factor analysis identifies the “benefit” concept emerging from the mission statements in terms of promotion of individual skills, development of a new business model, and service to society. This study contributes to the debate on the content of mission statements by giving empirical evidence about this new form of business, and it provides some practical implications for managers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.     

China＇s State Security in a Time of Peaceful Development： A New Issue on Research Agenda

This paper holds that China's national security during its peaceful rise is a new issue on the research agenda, which requires new counter‐measures and collective wisdom. The paper discusses five of China's objectives in addressing national security; namely, from highest to lowest priority, friction among big powers, the Taiwan issue, disputes over sovereignty, protection of interests overseas, and undertaking international responsibilities. Systematically achieving these objectives is of major importance for building up national defence and China's international image. China's state security in the current period of peaceful development is a new issue on the research agendum, for politicians, the military, scholars and researchers alike. Extensive and in‐depth discussion is needed. Global security commitments made by a big power might conflict with its own security interests and objectives. Judging by any standard, China's tasks are heavy and the road ahead is long. (Edited by Xinyu Fan)     

基于多代理系统的堆石坝施工动态可视化研究

文章在运用虚拟现实技术和面向对象设计方法的基础上，运用多代理系统的概念，把整个堆石坝工程可视化设计看作一个多代理系统，将堆石坝工程施工动态可视化设计中的各个环节抽象成代理，各个代理之间采用功能精确的协同方法进行交互，从而优化了堆石坝施工动态可视化设计的过程，提高了仿真模型的可理解性、可扩充性和模块性。

重灾背景下的旅游业恢复重建有特定的任务结构。研究分析了旅游灾后恢复重建的基本任务结构和阶段性任务结构,阐述了旅游业恢复重建的治理原则,并从行政方法、法律方法、经济方法、信息管理方法和传播方法等方法角度探讨了旅游业恢复重建的治理方式。     

基于HLA的铁路行车调度指挥仿真训练系统设计

针对当前铁路行车调度指挥工作所面临的新的工作需求,进行了应用高层体系结构HLA技术的铁路行车调度指挥仿真训练系统设计。通过介绍高层体系结构HLA以及基于HLA的仿真应用系统的开发过程,以行车调度指挥工作流程为仿真对象,从应用角度分析了行车调度指挥仿真训练系统的体系结构设计、联邦成员间订购与发布关系设计及系统信息流程设计。系统主要应用于铁路行车调度指挥员的指挥决策训练及相关行车调度的理论验证。
